This cottage restored with elegant stone walls is located near the quiet town of Saumur, known for its castle. The house as a starting point is ideal to discover the culture and customs of the region. The famous castles of the Loire attract visitors from all over the world; that of Saumur is also located on the rivers of the Loire. In Montsoreau you will find another castle, smaller but also picturesque. Be tempted by a visit to the Flèche Zoo (55 km) or take a walk to Angers (64 km), its museums and its castle or even to Le Mans (120 km), the mystical 24-hour circuit and its fortified ancient city .

The cottage is ideally located for visits to chateaux, villages and vineyards and the welcome from Karen and Andre could not be bettered. We had no problems or requests to report but are 100% satisfied that had we had any, they would have been attended to and willingly.

Great family stay, we were very well received in this quiet and soothing place. The accommodation is clean and well equipped, the only drawback is that the floor is comfortable for children. Nice little house, tastefully renovated. I RECOMMEND
