Upper floor: 1 large double bedroom with 1 double bed (1 x) (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Wooden floors. Deck chairs (2), sitting area. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra). Private: natural state property 300 m2, meadow. In the house: storage room for bicycles. 4 km long bumpy, narrow motor access to the house (mountain road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Grocery 14 km, restaurant 800 m. Walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Negrentino, Museo della Valle di Blenio, Castello di Seravalle, Castelli di Bellinzona UNESCO, Mercato Bellinzona (sabato), Archivio fotografico Donetta. Ideal holiday home for nature lovers, those seeking tranquility and good for families with children. Important note: In bad weather can not be driven up to the house and the car must be parked 1km away, about 15 minutes to walk, 4x4 car recommended!!
