Recently renovated.The divisible lounge is equipped with a sofa bed (140x190) and 2 single beds (80x190), as well as a balcony. Independant kitchen with an electric hob, a dishwasher, an oven, a fridge, a coffe maker Nespresso Dolce Gusto, a kettle and a toaster. The bathroom and toilets are separate. Splendide view on the valley and mountains. Nonsmoking apartment. 2nd floor

THE RESIDENCE : The Boulevard residence is located in the heart of the Laitelet area, on Meribel Mottaret's heights. It is next to the piste and nearby the shops. Easy access to Mottaret's center using the Chalets cable car or the free buses (Meribus). It is equipped with ski lockers and elevator.

THE AREA : This is the commonly named Hameau area of Mottaret, ideal for skiers. All residences get a very easy access to the piste. You will find all necessary services : mini market, sport shops, restaurants, bars, etc. You will be able to get to resort center using a free gondolair : the Chalets cable car.
