Beautifully restored house set in the hills surrounding Cortona, the Etruscan city par excellence, whose imposing walls are still visible. Its position on a hillside covered with olive trees overlooks the Val di Chiana and offers a beautiful, soothing panorama. An excellent solution for large families or friends who want to spend their vacations in company, relaxing or taking excursions to the many centers in the area. Cortona lies on the border between Tuscany and Umbria, making it easy to travel between the two regions. The house is surrounded by a large terraced area of natural meadowland. Nearby, the swimming pool (8x4, depth 1.55) (1/05- 15/10) with an arbour for outdoor breakfasts and barbecue. Access via a narrow asphalt road. Comfortable furnishings, including some rustic antiques. Central heating, air conditioning in bedrooms and dining room, DVD player, Internet connection, weekly towel change. Housekeeping and kitchen staff available on request. Parking available. PLEASE NOTE: Arrivals must take place between 3:30pm and 6:30pm. From 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm, check-in is guaranteed at 50.00 Euro. After 8:30 pm, check-in is not guaranteed and will cost 100.00 Euro. Departures must be no later than 9:30 am. Only small pets are allowed for a fee of 100 euro/pet/week. Possibility of recharging electric cars (cost of electricity to be paid on site according to consumption).
ACCOMMODATION: Ground floor: living room with direct access to the garden, well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, freezer, oven and small appliances), 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower and two washbasins. 1st summer: small living room (satellite TV), 1 twin bedroom with bathroom with shower, double bedroom with bathroom with shower. 2nd summer: 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower.
