The Colline Verdi farmhouse was restructured just a few years ago and transformed into a vacation home, comprising 5 apartments, all offered together as a unique proposition for groups of friends who wish to spend their vacations in company, without giving up their own privacy. Immersed in the green Umbrian countryside (500 m above sea level), amid meadows, olive groves and secular woods, it's an ideal destination for regenerating the spirit. Perugia, Assisi and Gubbio, destinations for cultural excursions, are quickly and easily accessible. The town of Valfabbrica, with its stores, restaurants and banks, is nearby. A pretty meadow with swimming pool (11x6 prof. 1.10/1.50) (01/05-15/10 open from 08.00 to 20.00) surrounds the property, external shower, WC, garden equipment, barbecue, hammock, pétanque court, table tennis, archery. Domestic help, baby sitter, cook, cooking lessons available on request and payable on site. Guests have access to a laundry room (washing machine). The farmhouse is equipped with central heating and Wi-Fi Internet access. Parking available.
PLEASE NOTE: only small pets are allowed. Cleaning of cooking area (if not done by guest) to be paid on site (120 Euro).

(Apartment 2 "Pesca") Ground floor: small living/dining room (satellite TV, DVD player) with cooking area (hob with two burners, microwave), 1 double bedroom with single bed added, 1 bathroom with shower. The apartment can communicate directly with apartment 1.
(Apartment 3 "Ciliegia") Ground floor: small living/dining room (satellite TV, DVD player) with double sofa bed, cooking area (oven, freezer, small electrical appliances) and veranda with table, 2 double bedrooms each with 1 extra single bed, 1 bathroom with shower.
(Apartment 4 "Oliva") 1°Et: living/dining room (satellite TV, DVD player) with double sofa bed and cooking area (oven, microwave), 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower. The apartment can communicate directly with apartment 5.
(Apartment 5 "Mela") 1st Floor: large living/dining room with fireplace and double sofa bed (satellite TV, DVD player), cooking area (freezer, oven, dishwasher) and veranda with table, 1 double bedroom with single bed added, 1 bathroom with bathtub.
