Residential complex subdivided into 14 apartments, about 800 m from the sea and only a few kilometres from Cefalù, one of Sicily's most popular tourist routes. The apartments, arranged in duplexes, each have their own independent entrance and private garden, and are immersed in Mediterranean vegetation, in a quiet position, suitable for families with children, who can enjoy the greatest freedom. In common with the guests of the residence a large gazebo (open from 9:30 to 13:00 and from 15:30 to 23:00) with a small bar and a play area for the little ones. The swimming pool (01/05-30/09 depth 0.90-2.5 m, open from 9.30 am to 1.00 pm and from 2.30 pm to 6.30 pm), with its particular shape of an eight, is equipped with sun loungers and parasols and a section has been specially designed for children (delimited by a small dividing wall with half underwater). All apartments have hot/cold air conditioning, TV, safe, hair dryer, clothes dryer, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board and daily cleaning included in the price (except kitchen and kitchenette outside). In the laundry area (with paid washing machine and dryer). To be requested at the time of booking and paid directly on site: cot (50 euro/week), high chair (30 euro/week), car/motorcycle rental, excursions, transfer to/from the airport, taxi service, babysitter, bicycle rental. A parking space/apartment is available. Wi-fi internet connection in the reception area.
ATTENTION: For bookings of less than 7 days, increase the cost of the reservation by 160 euros. The photos of the interiors are indicative on the typology of the apartment.
ACCOMMODATION: (75 m2) R.De.Ch.: kitchen/living room with a single sofa bed 1/2 and 1 extractable bed, WC, arbour with hob and barbecue, independent garden and external shower. 1°Summer: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower.
