Beautiful villa built in the early 1900s in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma, fully restored and furnished in a sober, elegant and refined style, with traditional beamed ceilings and preserved terracotta brick floors. From the window, you have a view of the sea and the Isle of Elba, as well as vineyards and fields whose colors change with the seasons. The location allows you to alternate days by the sea with visits to Tuscany's most famous art cities. In addition, within the property itself, you can enjoy beautiful walks along tree-lined paths or venture into the Mediterranean maquis. The house is surrounded by a large, fenced garden with pine trees and a well-kept lawn, a bowling green and an outdoor masonry barbecue. Guests enjoy a beautiful private swimming pool (13x7.50m; depth 1.40m)(16/05-19/09) with external shower and solarium area. The villa is equipped with Wifi Internet access. On request and payable on site: domestic help and cook. Parking on the property.
PLEASE NOTE: the janitors who are available to guests live in an apartment adjoining the villa, but totally independent. Only small pets are accepted. Arrivals must take place between 3pm and 7pm. Access to the property via a short stretch of dirt road approx. 2 km long.
