An old farmhouse with outbuildings typical of the Umbrian countryside, built at the end of the 19th century and recently restored. Casa Elea is an ideal solution for a relaxing vacation, cradled in the harmony of the warm colors of the Umbrian countryside, just a few kilometers from Tuscany, amid fields of corn, sunflowers and vines. Numerous excursion possibilities from the natural oasis of Lake Trasimeno to the towns of Chiusi and Montepulciano. The villa is surrounded by a large private garden with panoramic views of the surrounding Umbrian and Tuscan hills. The fenced garden, planted with a wide variety of plants and flowers typical of Mediterranean regions, features an above-ground swimming pool with salt-water process (12x6m; depth 0.9-1.5m)(15/05-15/09), an outdoor shower and a beautiful panoramic terrace equipped for outdoor dining. The outbuilding features a fully equipped kitchen with fireplace, stone barbecue and external wood-burning oven. Cot available on request, with supplement payable on site. Parking on the property.
