Characteristic 130 m2 stone barn, ideal for accommodating 6 people with its 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The accommodation offers two spacious verandas equipped for alfresco dining, barbecue, large garden and private swimming pool and is the ideal solution for groups of friends and families with children who like to relax in the open air.
Outdoor areas and swimming pool
The barn is immersed in vegetation and surrounded by a vast, fenced garden, cultivated as a lawn, where the rectangular swimming pool measures 11x6 with a depth of 1.45 meters, paved on the outside and equipped with sunbeds and parasols. Next to the pool is a shaded area equipped with a table and barbecue for pleasant barbecues. In front of the house, with access from the living room, guests can enjoy a splendid panoramic portico, furnished with table and chairs for al fresco dining. Adjacent to the house, with access from outside, is a laundry room with washing machine. Parking on the property.
Interiors
The house has been finely restructured, retaining traditional features such as characteristic wooden-beamed ceilings and Tuscan terracotta floors. The rooms are furnished in a rustic style. The interiors are structured on two levels: the main entrance is on the first floor, which opens onto the day area featuring a well-equipped kitchen with an original stone sink and an area with sofa, splendid decorative fireplace, satellite TV and DVD player. Also on the first floor are 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. Moving up to the second floor, there are 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom with bathtub.
Position
Fienile di Cafaggiola is located in the San Gimignano countryside, in a quiet, panoramic position just a few kilometers from the village of the same name.

Important information
The swimming pool is open from 10/05 to 04/10. Check-in must take place between 3pm and 7pm. Only small pets are allowed, subject to payment of 50 euro/week. The staircase to the upper floor has no handrail: children must therefore be kept under control, and the accommodation is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.

Fienile di Cafaggiola lies amidst the hills of San Gimignano, a medieval center whose towers are among the most famous in Tuscany. Excursions to the region's centers are numerous, including Certaldo, birthplace of Boccaccio, Volterra, the Etruscan city par excellence, the city of Pisa and many others. The Via Francigena is one of the most interesting itineraries, whether on foot or by mountain bike. Siena is also within easy reach, as is Florence.
