Casa Daluma is part of a country farmhouse located in the Umbrian hills, 600 meters above sea level in the vicinity of Todi, a characteristic medieval village with winding alleys that crisscross and unexpectedly lead to typical squares. There are many churches and palaces to visit, including the Palazzo Capitano. The village is animated by numerous stores of craftsmen, stone cutters and cabinet makers. Excursions to the cities of Perugia, Assisi or Lake Trasimeno are easily accessible. The Lazio region is close by and a day trip to Lake Bolsena is worthwhile. The house has been restored and divided into 4 apartments, 3 of which are rented together, while the fourth one on the first floor is inhabited by the owner. The property, in the middle of the countryside, is surrounded by olive groves, woods and small cultivated fields. The house is surrounded by a large, partially grassy area equipped with garden furniture and a beautiful swimming pool (10x5m; depth 1,50m) (01/06-30/09) with external shower.
