Property for exclusive use
Large restored house located next to the owners' villa, on the hills at the gateway to the ancient Etruscan city of Cortona, famous for the remains of this ancient civilization. The surrounding walls and ancient roads make this a place of particular charm: antique stores, delicious restaurants, churches and museums. Casa Liliana is situated on a natural terrace overlooking the Val di Chiana, offering a vast, relaxing panorama. All around is a beautiful park of secular trees for pleasant walks and a swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests (13 x 8 prof. 1.40) (01/05-15/10) and an area with excellent garden equipment. The house is divided into 2 independent apartments, making it the ideal solution for groups of friends who want to spend their vacations in company but without giving up their own privacy. Each apartment is equipped with central heating, Internet connection, DVD player and comfortable furnishings including antique Tuscan pieces. Additional cleaning services available on request, cook for lunch or dinner, cooking classes, guided tours. Parking on the property.
PLEASE NOTE: Arrivals must take place between 3:30pm and 6:30pm. From 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm, check-in is guaranteed at 50.00 Euro. After 8:30 pm, check-in is not guaranteed and will cost 100.00 Euro. Departures must be no later than 9:30 am. Only small pets are allowed for a fee of 100 euro/pet/week. Possibility of recharging electric cars (cost of electricity to be paid on site according to consumption).
ACCOMMODATION: (apartment 1) Ground floor: entrance living room, large well-equipped kitchen/dining room (freezer, oven, dishwasher) 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower. 1st summer: 2 twin-bedded rooms, each with bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in bedrooms.
(Apartment 2) 1° Et. (with access via external staircase to characteristic covered terrace): living room with fireplace, dining room/well-equipped kitchen (freezer, oven, dishwasher and small appliances), 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, each with bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms and living room.
