The former "Podere Vecciale" estate is located on a hillside overlooking the Arno valley. This exceptional location offers panoramic views with the Pratomagno mountains in the background. The house is built of stone and the ancient structure typical of Tuscan farmhouses has been restored. It is located 500 m from Montegonzi, a small village with narrow streets leading up to the castle. The farm is part of an agricultural estate that also includes a restaurant, tennis court and riding school, where you can take riding lessons or, for the more experienced, take part in excursions into the countryside. The entire estate is characterized by olive groves, woods and small vineyards. Excursion lovers are spoilt for choice: from famous Chianti villages like Gaiole, to cities like Arezzo, Siena and Florence. Located on a panoramic terrace is the swimming pool (15x4)(01/05-15/10) with garden equipment and outdoor shower.
Three terraces are equipped for pleasant outdoor dining. The accommodation is equipped with central heating and mosquito nets on bedroom windows. Domestic help, cook, cooking lessons, pool towels and baby-sitter available on request. Parking on the property. PLEASE NOTE: pets accepted for an extra charge of 30 euros/pet/week. Arrivals must take place between 2.30pm and 6pm.

DISTANCES: 0.6 km Montegonzi (restaurant), 10 km Montevarchi, 12 km Cavriglia and Gaiole in Chianti, 15 km San Giovanni Val D'Arno (freeway), 50 km Siena and Arezzo, 56 km Florence.
