Property for exclusive use
Villa il Guercino is a farmhouse set in a large reserve that was once the hunting lodge used by the noble owners. Situated on a hill, it overlooks the surrounding countryside rich in woods, olive groves and vineyards. Carefully restored, it retains the character and materials of the ancient buildings of the Tuscan countryside. The large surface area enables groups of friends to spend a vacation together, or organize family celebrations, spending a week in the company of all its members. Given its central position within the region, it's easy to get to Tuscany's most famous cities, such as Florence, Pisa and Volterra. For those who prefer smaller centers like San Gimignano, there's plenty to choose from. The property is fenced and includes, in addition to paved areas in terracotta or meadow, the swimming pool (7.5x15 prof. 1.20/2.50m) (01/5-10/10) and a large, well-equipped loggia (sunbeds, parasols and barbecue), laundry room (washing machine). The villa has central heating and air conditioning. Included in the price: air conditioning, Wi Fi internet connection, final cleaning, water, electricity and gas consumption (but not heating), pool and garden maintenance, 1 weekly cleaning service (without linen change, for weekly stays); for bookings of more than 1 week, 1 cleaning service with linen change is included.) On request and payable on site: cot, high chair, availability of local cook or chef, catering service, home shopping service on arrival/during stay.

PLEASE NOTE: Pets allowed on request. For stays with a pet, the deposit will be 1600,00 Eu. No drinking water. Check in: 16:00 - 19:00. Late check-in will incur a surcharge of 40 euro. The security deposit and any additional charges must be paid in advance by credit card.
