Come and discover our village through this pretty house, located close to the shops and town center of BANYULS-SUR-MER.
Ideally positioned on the village's flat side and a 5-minute walk from the beach, this house will be the perfect place to spend your summer vacations.
With its garden, you'll be able to relax and sunbathe.
Equipped for 6 people, it comprises:
First floor: a living room with direct access to the garden, a fully-equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker), a storeroom, a separate toilet and access to the terrace at the rear of the house.
1st floor: bathroom, three bedrooms, separate WC and air-conditioning.
