On a privileged site, pleasant 27 m² studio cabin, located on the 3rd floor of a seafront residence, with elevator.
The large balcony offers a magnificent view of the Bay of Arcachon in the Eyrac beach area.
For easy parking, you have access to a private, secure parking lot.
After a day's stroll through our beautiful town or a game of gambling in our casino, you'll find plenty of rest in the cabin entrance, with two 80 cm or one 160 cm double beds. A door separates the cabin from the living area for added comfort.
The living room features a convertible sofa bed (140cm) for two extra people, a cupboard, a TV (no WIFI) and a small dining area. A small, fully-equipped kitchen with electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and oven is located on the balcony.
There's also a small shower room and separate toilet. All in a very vintage spirit.
Enjoy direct access to the beach for swimming and picnics.
The "moulleau" is the ideal spot for a drink as the sun sets.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES - Bed linen: €25 for a double bed for one week, bath kit: €18 for one person for one week. Baby chair / cot: 10€ / week. Wifi box: 39€ / week.
