Just a few steps from Arcachon's pedestrian street, pleasant T2 apartment of approx. 34 m² on the third floor of a residence with elevator.
For easy parking, you have access to a private, secure basement parking lot.
The living room features a sofa bed for two, a TV (no WIFI) and access to the balcony. A separate kitchen with 2 hotplates, TOP fridge, multifunction microwave and Senséo.
A bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a closet. A bathroom with WC and washing machine.
All the shops, restaurants and beaches are nearby, for shopping enthusiasts or to organize picnics and afternoon swims on our sunny days.
The "moulleau" will be ideal for a drink at sunset.
