Beautiful, typical Tuscan house, 250 m2, situated on a hillside at the top of which stands the ancient medieval town of Casole d'Elsa, in a particularly strategic geographical position for visiting Tuscany's most important art cities and the magnificent Chianti region, or for reaching the Etruscan coast in an hour's drive.
The house, divided into 2 non-communicating apartments, has been recently restored, partially preserving rural architectural features such as terracotta floors and wooden beams, salvaged from the old structure.
Outside, guests can enjoy a 3000 m2 garden, a swimming pool (6 x 12, depth 0.30-1.45 m) (08/05-08/10) with a small ladder and external shower, and a gracious outdoor area with arbour for al fresco dining (equipped with barbecue).
