This cozy bed and breakfast is situated in a renovated farmhouse in Burgerbrug. There are in total three rooms, all with their own brocante style matching the rural ambience. A room is assigned at your arrival. The beach of Petten is 4 kilometers away, easily reached by bike.
Your room has a private shower and sink. The (shared) toilet is down the hall. The living room is on the ground floor, the place for a fun board game or a cup of tea. Breakfast is served in the kitchen of the owner. Enjoy the fresh eggs, vegetables and herbs from the garden as well as home made jam.
This B&B is right by the water, the Grote Sloot, connecting to the Noordhollands Kanaal. The B&B is near the cheese city of Alkmaar and the nice West-Frisian town of Schagen. Schoorl and Bergen are also less than 10 kilometers away. The surrounding area is perfect for beautiful walks, bike trips or canoe trip. A ten minute drive from the B&B will take you to Schoorl where you find the Schoorlse Duinen where you can unwind in pristine nature. Here you will find the highest dunes of the Netherlands.
