200m from the beach and less than 1km from the village and shops of Jullouville, pretty house comprising a living room, dining area and kitchenette (oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer) opening onto a pleasant garden. On the 1st floor, a bedroom with a 140cm bed, a bedroom with two 90cm beds, a shower room (shower, washbasin) and toilet. On the 2nd floor, a mezzanine with a desk and a bedroom with two 90cm beds. Garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Pets are not allowed.
