In Seignosse, ideally located near the beach, fully renovated apartment on the 2nd floor of a residence without elevator. It comprises a living room opening onto a SOUTH-facing balcony, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a 140cm double bed, a sleeping area with 2 90cm bunk beds and a renovated shower room.
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax by credit card and accommodation deposit by bank transfer only via a secure SWIKLY link.
Optional services to be arranged before arrival:
- Bed linen and towels: €20 per person
- Housework during or at the end of your stay: 100€ (housework included in July/August rates)
- Mini box: €49/week or €10/day while stocks last.

In Seignosse, the beach is 6 kilometers long, so you can always find a quiet spot to put your towel down...On the practical side, there are showers, straw huts, cabins with surf schools, and lifeguards to look after you.
Forget your car and do everything on foot or by bike: that's what a real vacation is all about, and it's much quicker to get to the market. The bike path known as La Vélodyssée runs right through the neighborhood. We share it with joggers, rollerbladers and skaters...
Atlantic Park is the largest water park in the Landes region, with 2800 m² of pools. It ranks among the top 10 golf courses in France.
