Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per reservation (payment on arrival)
· Option check-in out of our timetable with a safety box in the office ,with no cost.
·No show on the day of check-in, no refund of the reservation is made.
·It is mandatory the payment of the tourist tax: Price €1 per night/person +16 years and maximum payment for 7 nights.
Cleaning:
. The house must be properly collected, the dishes clean and the rubbish deposited in the containers on the street before check-out, otherwise, a fee of €100 will be discounted of the security deposit.
Beach towels are not provided.
Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price €100 per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Forgotten keys inside the property or inside the main door lock and need to be opened by a locksmith: the price will depends on the technician's rate and will be paid on-site to the technician.
Reglas:
· Guests agree to respect the rules of the property and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
· Parties or celebrations are not allowed on the property.
· Pets not allowed in this property
· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.
