Very comfortable home located in Perroix, between the village center of Talloires and Menthon St Bernard.
This property offers a calm and lightening surrounding as well as a private garden with all furniture needed (sunbeds, table and chairs).
The spacious living area features a wood-burning stove and is open from door to door, leading out to a terrace and garden.
A trampoline is available for children in the garden as well as a a Plancha grill. Enjoy easy access to the lake and an abundance of activities while summer and winter.

Talloires is happily nestled between lake and mountains boasting regional treasures including the famous Angon waterfall. Nearby, many activities can be practiced:
