From the first floor, with living room, kitchen and bathroom, a staircase leads to the open sleeping area. From bedroom #1 you can get to bedroom #2, where there is a bunk bed. Movie lovers have NETFLIX at their disposal. The common property is fenced and your children can play carefree while you read a good book in peace, drink a glass of wine, sunbathe by the pool or prepare barbecue dishes.
