Very spacious detached house, in a quiet location between Nay and the Hautes-Pyrénées (25 minutes from Lourdes, Pau, Tarbes and Oloron Ste-Marie).
Owners' heated adjoining swimming pool, open to tenants every late afternoon from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm, from June to September inclusive.
First floor: kitchen (3-burner gas stove, 1 electric hob, large fridge, dishwasher, microwave), living room, sitting area (TV), shower room (washing machine), wc, storage room (freezer). 1 bedroom (1 bed 140).
First floor (spiral staircase): 4 bedrooms (3 beds 140, 1 bed 90), bathroom. WC. Electric and gas heating extra (meter readings required). Possibility of renting sheets + linen. Internet connection.
Enclosed courtyard with trees and flowers, garden furniture, barbecue.
Pleasant veranda facing south-west towards the mountains (electric blind). From the gîte, hike to the Oppidum d'Asson, a must-see site.
