Semi-detached house in the heart of the typical village of Aydius, perched on a sunny slope in the Aspe valley. Access by steps or ramp (strollers, suitcases on wheels) to private 24 m2 terrace overlooking the street, facing the mountains (Pic de Bergon). First floor: Fitted kitchen with wood-burning stove (microwave and oven, 4 gas hobs, 180-liter fridge with freezer, dishwasher).
Large living room, sitting area (TV) opening onto terrace. Bathroom (washing machine, shower, washbasin, toilet).
1st level. 3 bedrooms (2 beds 140, 1 bed 120), bathroom (bath and shower, wc).
Mezzanine (ladder) with 1 bed 90 on 2nd level.
Beds are made up on arrival and Paulette welcomes you with a delicious garbure.
Gas heating extra (€6/day). Wood extra charge €15/week. Garden furniture. Private barbecue.

Trout fishing in the Gabarret, a stream in the Cazaubon district below the village.
