Spacious and pleasant house but aging Lack of exterior maintenance The + : number of bedrooms, air conditioning on the first floor, very pleasant residential area, very nice view on the golf course, bicycles at disposal, swimming pool and spa, proximity to the lake of Ponnant The - : exterior not maintained, aging house would need to be refreshed, fridge too small, television does not work properly, shower on the floor not functional, some kitchen utensils would need to be changed
