This is the 3rd time we rented this apartment, which was renovated a short time ago. It would miss maybe a raclette machine for the winter. Well located at the foot of the slopes, and not far from the shops. Its orientation makes it possible to benefit from the sun and to see the sunset at the end of the afternoon. I recommend it for a family of 4 people.

The sofa beds are antiques that should have been replaced years ago, the covers and cushions smell bad (as does the whole apartment) and are clearly not washed regularly enough. The kitchen is under-equipped with very basic equipment. The apartment is as it was 30 years ago and would need a minimum of investment to make it pleasant to live in. The decor is minimalist and old-fashioned, the lighting is poor and unpleasant, there's no "mountain" atmosphere in the apartment, ... It's a pity, because the Chalmettes residence is very well placed in Montgenèvre, with direct access to the slopes and close to the center and activities...
