Apartment located on the 6th floor, area of 36m² with balcony, south facing, facing the slopes with inside staircase access. Living room equipped with a TV, a single bed and a drawer bed. Corner cabin with two bunk beds, a bedroom on the north side with a double bed for 2 persons in 140. Carpet on the floor.
Semi-open kitchen on the living room, with electric plates, multi-function microwave, dishwasher, 110-litre fridge, toaster, kettle and filter coffee maker.
Shower room: shower, washbasin and toilet. Ski locker in front of the apartment. The Mongie Tourmalet residence is ideally located at the foot of the slopes. The building was built in the 70's, with simple services, comprising more than 600 apartments. Two floors of shopping malls: ESF, supermarket, ski rental, restaurants. Frequently used lifts, lagence cannot be held responsible for the unavailability of the lifts. At 1800 meters altitude the Grand Tourmalet area is the largest ski area in the French Pyrenees. At the foot of the Pic du Midi de Bigorre. In Bagnères-de-Bigorre, you will enjoy the thermal waters at the Aquensis area. Services + in option and at preferential rates: sheets, ESF lessons, Wifi mini-box rental, cleaning at the end of your stay. Possibility to rent covered parking (80 per week) or outside parking (30 per week). Reservation recommended for limited spaces. Deposit : 260 CB or cheque. Visitor's tax : 0.90 per night for those over 18 years old. Animals not accepted.

During your stay, take the time to visit the Pic du Midi site, accessible by cable car from the centre of the resort. In Bagnères-de-Bigorre, you will enjoy the thermal waters at the Aquensis area. Marmots, llamas, cows and sheep will accompany you throughout your stay!
