Shower/bidet/WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking space n 1 (fenced). 1 pet/ dog allowed. Use of the terrace facing the sea: 1 umbrella, 2 deck chairs and 1 sun bed. Please note that the TV includes SKY (01.05-31.10). Ironing board and iron upon availability (extra). Coffee machine available (capsules on request, extra).
Splendid residence overlooking the sea with swimming pool towards the sea. The swimming pool has a hydromassage corner (for common use). Beautiful, comfortable residence. 8 apartments in the residence. In the centre of San Vincenzo, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 20 m from the sea, direct access to the beach. For shared use: beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (13 x 5 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 27.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue.
