Renovated apartment on the 6th floor of a residence with elevator. The balcony faces south and has an unobstructed view of the ski slopes. Surface area: 32 m2. Living room with TV, sofa bed for 2, flat-screen TV, dining area. It opens onto a kitchenette equipped with 3 induction hobs, a microwave, an oven, a fridge, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and a dishwasher. An alcove with 2 bunk beds for 2 people. An occult bedroom with a double bed for 2 people and a television. A bathroom with shower, washbasin, mirror and washing machine/dryer. Separate WC.
Pets not accepted.
Access to the central terrace of the esplanade du valentin will be forbidden (covered parking works). Access to residence entrances and shops is possible via a traffic lane.
