This attractive 28 m² studio is ideally located on the 3rd floor of a residence with elevator, right in the heart of the Gourette resort.
The bright living room, with TV and sofa bed for 2, opens onto a balcony with a beautiful view of the ski area.
The kitchenette is equipped with hob, oven, microwave, large fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and dishwasher.
You'll find an alcove with two bunk beds (90x190) complete with storage drawers and closets.
Bathroom with bath, washbasin, mirror and separate WC.
Possible noise nuisance at the height of the winter season.
Access to the central terrace of the esplanade du valentin will be forbidden (covered parking works). Access to residence entrances and shops is possible via a traffic lane. As a result, Valentin residences no longer have direct access to the ski slopes, which must be bypassed. Access by stairs, 150 m from the slopes.
