The finca Ses Mires is located in a beautiful location between Santanyí and Cala S'amarador and offers breathtaking panoramic views over the countryside to the coast and the fishing port of Cala Figuera. From here, you can reach Cala Santanyí beach in approximately 2.6 km and the Cala Mondragó Natural Park in just 4 km, which consists of the bays of Cala S'amarador and Cala Mondragó. The beaches are connected by a footpath, forming the so-called 'Heart Bay' of southeast Mallorca.
The slight hillside location of the finca gives the property an extraordinary ambiance. The panoramic views of the sea and mountains are captivating. The property is not overlooked, and the approximately 24,000 m² plot has a lovingly landscaped garden with many native plant species, spacious lawns, and is surrounded by a stone wall and secured by an electronically operated gate.
Shopping and restaurants can be found in Cala Figuera, about 2 km away, or in the main town of Santanyí, about 3 km away. Twice a week, Santanyí hosts a vibrant weekly market with fresh fruits and vegetables from the region. Within a 5-15 minute drive, you can reach other beautiful bays, such as Cala Santanyí, Cala Llombards, Es Trenc, etc. The airport is approximately 50 km away.
Your accommodation:
This magnificent Mallorcan dream finca with approximately 350 m² of living space was completed in spring 2007. The special architecture, with a round element in the middle of the house, almost acts as the heart of the house, where the whole family comes together. The interior is elegant, partly with rustic elements, and equipped with all the comfort that a holiday home of this class can offer.
Through the entrance area, you enter the two bedrooms on the left, each with an en-suite bathroom. In the rear area, there is another separate living room with a sofa bed that can also be used for larger groups. In the right wing of the house, there is a cozy living room with access to the outdoor terraces and views of the garden, a spacious dining room with a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen with a pantry, and a separate dining room in a cozy round building.
From the ground floor, you can access the large, partly covered outdoor terraces with plenty of seating, a lounge area, sun loungers, and a sunbed. The separate barbecue area with a large dining table and views over the entire property is ideal for joyful barbecue evenings with family and friends, and to enjoy your vacation to the fullest. A staircase leads you to the pool area with additional sun terraces and sun loungers, completing the holiday feeling. This is the ideal place to escape from everyday life and immerse yourself in the relaxed Mediterranean island life. Pure enjoyment, that's what everyone wishes for during the most valuable days of the year.
On the upper floor, there are 3 more en-suite bedrooms and a cozy living room with a TV and dining area. From here, you can access the tower terrace via a spiral staircase, making the magnificent landscape view an unforgettable experience.
Four of the five bedrooms have air conditioning. The bedroom without air conditioning is equipped with a fan. The living room also does not have air conditioning.
This fully equipped finca leaves nothing to be desired, and your long-awaited vacation days will become a particularly beautiful experience in the midst of the idyllic Mallorcan countryside and surrounded by the most beautiful bays of the southeast.
What is in the villa?
Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. In the kitchen, there is a small set of basic spices and oil. Detergent, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also stored. If an article is no longer available, this article needs to be bought by yourself. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet paper rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.
IMPORTANT!
The guest is obliged to take out damage insurance through the agency to cover risks up to 5.000€ on the object. According to government regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. For some booking channels it is not charged. In this case, you will receive separate information about this payment. Also, be informed that the agency charges a refundable deposit.
