Bright T2 apartment ideally located on the 2nd floor of a residence with elevator, close to the ski slopes and shops.
This spacious 40m² apartment features a living room opening onto a south-facing balcony with mountain views.
The living room includes a double sofa bed (2021) and TV.
The kitchenette is equipped with vitro hob, microwave, mini oven, large fridge/freezer, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher.
There's a closed alcove with two bunk beds (90x190) and a bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a storage cupboard and a closet.
Bathroom and WC are separate.
Ski locker.
Pets not allowed.
Access to the central terrace of the esplanade du valentin will be forbidden (covered parking works). Access to residence entrances and shops is possible via a traffic lane. As a result, Valentin residences no longer have direct access to the ski slopes, which must be bypassed. Access by stairs, 150 m from the slopes.
Tourist tax: current rate/night/person aged 18 and over.
Optional services at preferential rates: rental of sheets and towels, end-of-stay cleaning.
