In the residential district of Hautes Rives on the heights of the lake, we offer you a beautiful villa with private pool, ideal for a stay of a week or more with family or friends.
You're just a stone's throw from the lake beach, which is 300 meters from the villa, perfect for boat or paddle rides. You're also close to Aqua Park, Europe's largest inflatable water park, and 6km from ocean beaches and surf schools. Set in a 1400 m² plot, the house comprises : A large living room with TV area (no WIFI, possibility of renting a box), a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a storeroom, two shower rooms (each including an Italian-style shower, a vanity unit and a toilet). Three bedrooms: one with a 140cm bed, one with a dressing room and a 140cm bed, one with a 160cm bed. Outside, a swimming pool with terrace and garden furniture where you can enjoy your meals or cocktails. Parking is available on the property.
