Ideally located, in a quiet area facing the Parc Mauresque, in the center of Arcachon, shops, market, beach, bike paths and train station on foot, on the 4th and top floor of a residence with elevator, SPACIOUS 73m2 T3, very bright, fully equipped, with large sunny south-facing terrace and individual secure parking.
Comprising: entrance hall, living room opening onto south-facing terrace with dining area, independent fitted kitchen, bedroom1 (160cm bed + 70cm bed), bedroom2 (140cm bed), bathroom (washing machine), separate WC.
During the summer months, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to store a bike in the communal bike room.
Linen not provided, can be rented through the agency: 1 pack 140/160 sheets + towels = 42€/week - 1 pack 90 sheets + towels = 32€/week.
Optional cleaning package = 70€.
In winter, heating consumption will be billed in addition to the rent according to meter readings.
