Pourquoi choisir notre gîte ?
Ici, le calme et la sérénité règnent. Seuls demeurent les bruits de la mer... Un régal de se réveiller avec ce doux reflux de l'eau... Mais chut ! Tendez l'oreille... Vous entendez déjà les vagues rouler sur le sable...
Idéal pour ceux et celles qui rêvent de prendre leurs repas ou de lire de bons bouquins face à la mer.
Ce qui peut le différencier des autres c'est la vue panoramique à 180° sur la mer.
Face à une longue plage de sable fin.
Enfilez votre maillot, vous êtes déjà dans l'eau... Et pour les promeneurs, le GR passe au pied exceptionnellement préservée ... Le paradis des baigneurs, des rêveurs et des randonneurs !
Un joli petit nid douillet avec tout le confort nécessaire pour vous reposer et respirer le bon air iodé de la Bretagne dans un coin très calme et très préservé.
Comme tous les autres gîtes, il dispose de tout le confort habituel que ce soit en électroménager (TV, Cafetière et bouilloire électriques, grill pain, micro-ondes lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, fer à repasser…), Sans oublier sa jolie déco contemporaine pensée pour nous... et donc pour vous !
1 chambre, 1 salle de bain, 1 WC. Cuisine, Salle à manger, très belle terrasse avec une magnifique vue mer et Ile de Groix.
Location toute l'année.
Possibilité de ménage à vos frais à votre départ.

Côté extérieur, vous bénéficierez d’un espace en terrasse avec salon de jardin,
. La pelouse, sans vis-à-vis avec sur vue mer, structuré par les massifs, les allées vous feront découvrir la piscine chauffée, est à votre disposition du 18 juin au 15 septembre.
Vous pourrez vous y baigner par tous les temps.
Egalement mis à votre disposition gratuitement le terrain de tennis.
Vous disposerez aussi d'une place de parking.
Des randonnées sont possibles dès la location (sans nécessité de prendre la voiture).
