In an enviable position, near the renowned S. M. di Leuca, we find a characteristic stone villa within a large residence with swimming pool. Ideal solution for those who want to rest, enjoying the charm of nature. Overlooking the sea, in a suggestive and enviable position a few kilometers from the renowned Santa Maria di Leuca, there is a large complex, gently embellished by a luxuriant Mediterranean scrub. The entire and large structure is made up of villas and detached houses, all with independent entrances, private terraces or gardens and splendid sea views. Villa Ulivo enjoys a beautiful sea view and absolute privacy. It has outdoor parking under the house and a courtyard surrounding the house.
