Built around its medieval town, the town of Collobrières has a great architectural heritage: Saint-Pons church of the twelfth century, Gothic church of the nineteenth century, old bridge of the twelfth century and Chartreuse de la Verne of the twelfth century.
The village of Collobrières is considered as the "capital of the cha-montine". A chestnut factory has been established there for several decades. The festival of Chestnut is celebrated on the last three Sundays of October each year and offers its thousands of visitors craft market, race and entertainment of all kinds.
