Beautiful, cosy apartment block "Pueblo Quinta". Benalmadena Costa, in a central position, in the heart of the city, 50 m from the sea, from the beach, road to cross. For shared use: garden with lawn, 2 swimming pools (depth 120 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 30.Sep.). Shower/WC in the pool area. Shop 10 m, restaurant, sandy beach 50 m. Sports harbour 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Junto al Parque de la Paloma, Puerto Marina 1.5 km, Sea Life, Selwoo Marina. Please note: no lift. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Youth groups are not permitted. Not recommendable for the people with reduced mobility. Garage extra: 45 euros for the lot 38. According to new regulations from the Andalusian government, it is prohibited to use swimming pools until next summer.
