Le 20 de l'avenue d'Alery is a beautiful old bourgeois house dating from the 1930s. It's a small, quiet 3-storey condominium, with closed parking (but no numbered space), and no elevator. Located in the center of town, it's ideal for a stay with or without a car, with regular bus routes passing right by the residence. The old town markets (3 days a week) are a 10-minute walk away, and the lake 15 minutes. At the foot of the building, regular bus routes run to and from Annecy and the surrounding area. A small condominium in the heart of the city, with garden and parking.
