L'Anex is a small 30 m2 loft for ONE person. Ideal for business trips. Comfortable and well-equipped: washing machine, oven, crockery, coffee maker, kettle, toaster... It comprises a large room with a kitchenette and a king-size bed (180cm). Flat-screen TV. Adjoining shower room with WC, washbasin and walk-in shower. For a bit of relaxation, a small garden area with table and chairs. Heating not included (readings taken on arrival and departure). Overlooking a park, l'Anex is located 1 km yfrom Lorris town center. Obligatory selective sorting in containers at the entrance to town. Garbage and compost in owner's garden. One kilometer away, you can take a walk along the Rigole de Courpalet, a tributary of the Canal d'Orléans and a sub-tributary of the Seine.
