House comprising kitchen (gas hob-electric oven-fridge/conservator-microwave) opening onto living room (sofa bed-television), first bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), second bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), bathroom and toilet. Garage with washing machine. Enclosed garden with sunny terrace. This house is ideally located just 350 m from the town center and 450 m from the beaches of La Faute Sur Mer, an oceanfront seaside resort. With its 8 km of sandy beaches, this small family town is sure to please.
Linen is not provided, and guests are responsible for cleaning at the end of their stay.

La Faute sur Mer is the southernmost seaside resort in the Vendée. It is located in the Mer du Pertuis, opposite the Ile de Ré, close to the Bay of Aiguillon.
The beaches of La Faute sur Mer stretch for 8 km from La Tranche to the tip of Pointe d'Arçay. They are well sheltered and offer a wide range of water sports, including sand yachting. Four beaches are supervised. All are gently sloping, making them ideal for families with children. Some beaches are equipped for people with reduced mobility, but access from the parking lots is a little remote (access via tarmac paths and then sand).
La Faute is one of the most recent communes in the Vendée (1953 - separation from La Tranche sur Mer). The northern part (closest to La Tranche) has been reclaimed by reclamation. To the south, we find the Pointe d'Arçay (5 km long and still expanding, bordered by a forest of maritime pines), a coastal spit created by the sea and wind. The Pointe d'Arçay boasts a number of beautiful, unspoilt beaches.
