Bed linen, towels and household linen as well as heating and electricity are included in the rental price. The gîte is not suitable for babies. Shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Facing the beach at Pourville-sur-Mer, this apartment is ideally located in the heart of one of the most sought-after resorts on the Côte d'Albâtre. On the ground floor of a typical Normandy seaside house, the gîte benefits from a private enclosed flower-filled courtyard with independent entrance, garden furniture and barbecue (side view of the sea from the kitchen window and from the gîte courtyard). Former hotel once frequented by Impressionists. The pebble and fine sand beach (at low tide) is bordered by a pleasant pedestrian promenade with children's play areas, 2 restaurants, an exhibition hall, a fish and oyster stall, fine shops... Sports enthusiasts can go windsurfing or surfing, or indulge in the pleasures of fishing on foot... Pets welcome (no cats): maximum 1 dog per stay (paying): all dogs are welcome, except categorized dogs.
