Shop 500 m, supermarket 250 m, restaurant, 5 minute walk to the centre, outdoor swimming pool 1.5 km, indoor swimming pool 1.5 km. Walking paths from the house 200 m, ski lift 1.2 km, ski bus stop 400 m, sled run 1.2 km, cross country ski track 400 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Kreith Alm 1.2 km, Rosshütte 7 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Wildsee 7 km. Hiking paths: Wetterstein, Alpenpark Karwendel. The two apartments are in the front half of the house. 1 parking space per apartment on the property (not suitable for cars with low ground clearance). Access to the huge network of cross-country trails is in the immediate vicinity.
