The villa in fact having a large garden with a convenient internal parking and being in an enviable position of total tranquility represents a true oasis of peace less than 1km from Santa Maria di Leuca. The structure is spread over two floors, a ground floor and a slightly lowered floor. On the ground floor there is a bright living room furnished with simplicity and taste, a kitchen equipped with every utensil, two lovely bedrooms and a bathroom complete with services. On the lower floor we find an additional sleeping area with two other very cool bedrooms and another bathroom equipped with every service.
