With family or friends, you'll appreciate the peace and quiet of Petit Rimbez. Comfortably furnished, this former farmhouse is ideally located: in the heart of the Landes countryside, close to Mugron, a typical small town, just a little further on, the town of Dax, and, just next door, 9 km away, the spa town of Préchacq. Friends of the spa are also welcome, and we can offer you a preferential rate for your 3-week rental. For a weekend, a week or more, you'll feel right at home! Renovated farmhouse twinned with another gîte on a peaceful site. First floor: - kitchen, - living/dining room, - shower room with Italian shower, - 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90), shared tumble dryer, telephone, 100 m² unfenced garden, garden furniture, barbecue, terrace, courtyard, garage. Sheet rental available. Nearest market in Mugron 5 km away. Private grounds and separate entrance to gîte. For more than one animal, please contact us.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
