This very old 18th-century village house in the heart of the small musical village of Luxey, in the Landes de Gascogne Regional Nature Park, awaits you. It used to be the Cercle du Village, an ancient meeting place. With its open Estanda (a covered terrace typical of traditional houses in the Parc Naturel), wooden balcony, half-timbering and meticulous restoration and decoration, this old lady is the perfect place to discover the gentle Gascon way of life. Ground floor: spacious living room, fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 x 140 beds, 2 x 100 beds, crib), shower room and bathroom, 2wc.
Interior patio converted into relaxation area. Equipment :
Washing machine, dishwasher, TV, fireplace in kitchen, gas heating (extra charge). Beds made and sheets provided on arrival (extra charge for 2nd pair). Outside:
You'll enjoy a fully enclosed private plot of approx. 200m² with garden table, barbecue, bistro table and terrace. Village gite, road passing in front of the gite. For more than one animal, please contact us. During the Musicalarue festival in July, the owners occupy a private area on the first floor of the house.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
