This stone house in a quiet wooded neighborhood offers all the amenities of Mont de Marsan, prefecture of the Landes region. The owners' swimming pool is 100 m away. You can stroll along the banks of the Midouze on the old towpath that runs past the gîte to Tartas, or go fishing. Peace and quiet on the outskirts of town for this semi-detached gîte, located in a wooded area with access to the owners' swimming pool 100 m away. Exposed beams and stonework have been preserved, with a living room with a sitting area, kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, combined fridge-freezer). 2 communicating bedrooms upstairs (1 bed 160, 1 bed 140, TV), shower room, separate wc. Washing machine. 1 cot, 1 high chair. Electric heating.
