Lascannes - "les terriers" in Gascon- is an old farmhouse restored in keeping with the materials used in Gascony: lime plaster, whitewash inside, Jouy cloth as fabrics. Antique oak and wrought-iron furnishings create a warm atmosphere. The view over the Douze valley and the peace and quiet make this an exceptional place to relax. And don't forget that here you can discover the estate's production of wines, armagnac and flocs. Independent gîte on ground floor offers living room, kitchen, shower room, 2 bedrooms (2 beds 80, 1 bed 160), unfenced garden, garden furniture, barbecue, covered terrace, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, TV, DVD, electric heating, insert, portable. Firewood available.
For your comfort, beds are made up, household linen and towels are provided. Cleaning service available. 2 bottles of estate wine and a bottle of Armagnac are offered on arrival (alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health, consume in moderation). Tennis on the property (4h/day). Nearest market: 15 km. Small shops: 5km. Supermarket: 10 km. Poultry farm 600m away.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
