Very nice 34 m² air-conditioned F2 apartment located on the 3rd floor with elevator, overlooking the pedestrian garden with north-west exposure, it is 400 meters from the heart of Lamalou les Bains and 650 meters from the Thermes. Kitchenette with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, four-burner ceramic hob, washing machine...open onto the main room, which includes a 140cm sofa bed and flat-screen TV. A separate bedroom with a 140cm bed and a bathroom with a shower with hand rail and armchair, washbasin and WC with hand rail. There are two balconies, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, which is equipped with a garden table and chairs. Wifi in the apartment. Laundry facilities in the residence. Free municipal parking nearby. PETS WELCOME. Baby cot available on request, subject to availability.
